Gathered information learned us:
1. Malika Karoum and Tarek Kandil worked together at Omniyat;
1.a. Malika Karoum and Tarek Kandil were ‘terminated’ from Omniyat because of possible fraud, Omniyat protected there name with this ‘termination’.
2. Malika Karoum and Tarek Kandil worked together at Define Properties;
2.a. Malika Karoum got ‘terminated’ by Tarek Kandil when the ‘proof’ came out Malika helped Tarek Kandil with arranging money from a well known Egyptian arms trader.
3. ACI took over Define Properties after the Egyptian arms trader didn’t ‘invest’ money in Define Properties anymore because of the ‘termination’ of Malika Karoum;
3.a. ACI/Define Properties ‘terminated’ Tarek Kandil and ‘re-installed’ Malika Karoum again because of her relation with this Egyptian arms trader and the ‘financial benefits’ she brings with this Egyptian arms trader;
4. German information learned us ACI is nearly bankrupt and has huge credibility problems in Germany with the reflection on the Dubai part.
5. RERA recently started several investigations on:
5.a. Define Properties
5.b. ACI Dubai / UAE
5.c. Tarek Kandil
5.d. Malika Karoum
Recently it came to our attention that the financing power from the same Egyptian arms trader is hopping projects again.
It seems that were Tarek Kandil and Malika Karoum are moving money, projects get in trouble.
For this we will inform all Real Estate Developers in the United Arabic Emirates and other Gulf States about all the knowledge and proof we have concerning Malika Karoum (as the ‘leading person’ in all fraud cases) and Tarek Kandil as the possible ‘master mind’, so both can forget to restart there fraud actions with any other Real Estate Developer.

True My HR Department hired her with 120 oher employees but i think she distroyed you life some time ago and you want revenge

Wrong I had no capital in the company the company was sold to ACI as my share holders did not want to invest in Dubai any longer as the financial crises started to it dubai>
